RETURN POLICY
By agreeing to use the BLUGA online portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on any or all official online (All Platforms) or offline, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on www.bluga.shop.
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for products on www.bluga.shop. Every time you wish to use any means of purchase whether online (All Platforms) or offline, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
- We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any kind of return or exchange won’t be considered after this time frame.
- Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order shall be returned by yourself and all costs should be borne by the original purchaser at the given address mentioned when the request for Return/ Exchange have been approved from BLUGA Quality Control & Check.
- Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check, and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
- Estimated delivery of all exchange queries falls between 7-14 working days.
- If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to the availability of stock, a refund will be provided in the form of store credit or exchange of the product.
- For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
- If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID at finalboss@bluga.shop.
- Cancellation of orders is only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations or refunds. Any refunds are issued in the form of a store credit equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 3 (three) months. Store credits are non-refundable, and are only redeemable at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Annex1 - Exchange/Return of Products:
(1) You may initiate the request for an exchange/return of a product if:
(2) Product does not fit;
(3) Product is defective;
(4) parts of the Product or accessory is missing;
You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought, and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.
- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
- We have the right to not move forward with the query if the points mentioned in Annex1 have not been satisfied.
- The return of the exchanged item(s) from BLUGA to the recipient. All shipping charge(s) should be borne by the recipient.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the conditions.
